This policy covers the Vibe Idle iOS app. It does not cover Apple's App Store, which has its own privacy policy.

The short version

Vibe Idle collects nothing.

The app makes no network requests of any kind. There are no accounts, no logins, no chat, no user-generated content, no social features, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs that gather information. Your save file lives on your device and nowhere else.

There is no server. We could not look at your data if we wanted to, because it never leaves your phone and there is nowhere for it to go.

What is stored, and where

Your game progress, purchases and settings are written to a file on your device. We cannot read it, restore it, or transfer it. Deleting the app deletes it permanently.

The app reads and writes iOS user defaults to remember your settings. That data is accessible only to the app itself.

Data we do not collect

Name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, location (precise or coarse), health data, biometrics, browsing history, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, crash reports, and usage analytics.

The app requests no system permissions at all.

Third parties

None. No advertising networks, no analytics providers, no crash reporters, no data brokers, no AI services. No third-party SDK in this app collects anything.

Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or receive your payment card, billing address, or Apple ID. Apple provides anonymised sales reports showing how many units sold — not who bought them.

Do Not Track

Vibe Idle does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because it is not a web browser and never receives them. There is no tracking to disable: the app does not track you across apps, websites, or anywhere else.

Other parties tracking you across apps

No. No other party collects information about your activity over time or across different apps or websites through this app.

Children

Vibe Idle is a general-audience game about software development. It is not directed to children under 13, is not in the App Store Kids Category, and is not marketed to children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children either.

Your rights and choices

Because nothing is collected, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete from our side — and no request address could return anything. To remove all data associated with the app, delete the app from your device.

If you have a privacy question, email haetaeco@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

California residents

Categories of personal information collected in the preceding 12 months: none. Categories disclosed for a business purpose: none. Categories sold or shared: none. Vibe Idle does not sell or share personal information, and has no personal information to sell or share.

Nevada residents

Nevada residents may submit a verified request that we not sell their covered information to haetaeco@gmail.com. We do not collect or sell covered information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but we will confirm within 60 days.

Rhode Island residents

Categories of personal data collected: none. Third parties to whom personal information has been or may be sold: none.

EEA, UK and Switzerland

Vibe Idle performs no processing of personal data. The app makes no network requests, transmits nothing, and stores nothing outside your own device, so there is no controller processing, no lawful basis required, no international transfer, and no data subject request that could return data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially — in particular if a future version of the app introduces analytics or advertising — the updated policy will be posted here with a new effective date before that version ships, and the change will be noted in the App Store release notes.
